It was a cold and blistery morning when horses, competitors and families began to show up.
The wind was blowing hard on the tin roof of the indoor arena. Inside, the spectators did their best to stay warm. It didn’t slow the competitors down at all. Dust kicked up and the manes were flying. The Outside Arena was a frozen tundra as horses jumped through the air. I even saw my very first tumbleweed as it blew right by me!
