How To Order

Proofs

While looking at proofs, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

~ All purchased photos are high –resolution photos and are ideal for social media posting.
~ All purchased photos will be without watermark.
~ All purchased photos will be edited so that they can be printed at any standard size.
~ All orders can be placed on a thumb drive for an additional $5.00.

Picking Your Photos

When you click on the Proofs Gallery button at the bottom of this page, it will take you to my page on Pixiset. If you do not have one already, sign up for a FREE account. You will not be hassled by doing so. This is simply so you can select your photos to your account.

Once you have signed up for your FREE Pixiset account, go back to my gallery page. Click on the Collection you are looking for.

Now that you have gotten into the proper collection, you will be on the Highlights Page. At the top left, next to Highlights, you will see the events that are available. Select the event you are looking for. The proofs will come up as small thumbnails. You can click on the photos to enlarge them and scroll through all the proofs.

Ordering Photos

Placing your order is very simple. Just favorite the ones you would like to order. When you are finished picking your photos and are ready to order, go back to the thumbnail previews. At the top left you will see a blue dot on the heart icon.

Click the heart icon and select your favorites list. All the photos that you favorited are listed here. If you are ready to place your order, you will want to send your list to me. At the top right of the screen is a paper airplane.

Click on the airplane get the dropdown menu. On the dropdown menu, click “Send To Photographer”.

Confirming and Receiving Your Order

1] Order Confirmation
Now that you have ordered your photos, you will receive a confirmation email. This will verify the quantity of photos you ordered along with your balance. Simply reply and confirm that this information is correct. Payment is not due until your order is ready. If you do not receive this email within 24-hours, please contact me.

2] Your Order Is Ready
Once confirmation is received, your order begins to process. When your order is complete, you will receive a second email notice, letting you know that your order is ready to be sent to you. This email will include payment instructions.

3] Your Order Is Here
Within 24 hours of receiving payment, I will deliver high-resolution digital photos that are ideal for social media posting. They will be edited so that they can be printed at any standard size. Your order will be delivered to your email with a ZIP file attached. The email will include instructions on how to retrieve your photos. If you do not receive your order, be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you still have not received your order within 24 hours, please contact me ASAP.

Throughout the process, your Pixiset favorites list will be kept up to date on the status of your order. Listed at the top center of the screen, will be your order number and where it’s at in the process.
