On Monday March 21, 2022, State Troopers Branden T. Sisca, 29, and Martin F. Mack III, 33, were called out to investigate the report of a man walking on I-95. As they were trying to take the man into custody, a drunk driver slammed into all three of them, killing them instantly.
I had the honor to witness a community come together. As family and friends mourned the loss of Pennsylvania State Trooper Martin Mack III, his community came out to pay their respects. Both sides of Levittown Parkway were lined with people waving flags and saluting Tpr. Mack who was also a Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard. It was their way of thanking him for his services and the ultimate sacrifice he made to protect and serve them. They were also there to show support to his wife and two young daughters that he left behind. May Martin Mack Rest In Peace and may the good Lord be with his family and friends.
