As the sun fills Lancaster County, I imagine the daily work that goes into a farm like this. From keeping the horses fed and clean, to plowing the crops and rolling the hay bundles. Although it’s a simpler way of life without the distraction of modern comforts such as cell phones, computers, the internet or even electricity, it’s the hard-working, day-in-day-out discipline that I tend to admire.
